Caring for Denver: CHOW Feature

“The whole idea behind CHOW is us helping us. You know, ‘oh I worked 18 hours that day, I cut my left thumb off, and lit my shoes on fire,’ – that’s kind of a normal day. To be able to set all that aside and go right for their heart makes it easier.”

– John Hinman, Founder, Culinary Hospitality Outreach and Wellness (CHOW)

Mental Health America: Loneliness in the Workplace

Feelings of isolation and loneliness among employees are on the rise and contribute to a real and growing mental health problem that affects both individuals and organizations. In this webinar, you’ll learn how to address those issues, and find practical, effective solutions that can transform an isolated workforce into one that’s happier, more engaged, and more productive in its efforts.
Using knowledge from a decade of his leadership consulting experience, Steven will distill down everything you need, showing you what’s causing today’s loneliness epidemic, the role inclusion plays in solving it, and how you can decrease loneliness and increase belonging, engagement, and performance with employees at every level, including yourself.

This webinar on April 5 at 1 PM ET will discuss: Awareness of loneliness, the modern causes, and its impact on business. How to identify
workers in need of belonging and how to deliver it for them.

The 4-step “Less Loneliness Framework” to create connected, driven, and high-performing teams. Proven strategies that help to build a connectable culture within an organization.

This webinar will be recorded and available to the public within one week.
Certificates of attendance will be available upon request after the event.
