Sexual Assault Awareness Month (A Word from Udemy)

The unfortunate truth is that MOST of us have had our lives touched by sexual assault or violence.

The best way to honor this is to BE PART OF THE SOLUTION

Did you know that 75% of all physical confrontations could have been avoided through verbal communication in the feel-out stage of an adverse situation?

PREVENTION is the best possible way to deal with conflict before it becomes violence. But in the event you’re ever in a situation in which you need to DEFEND YOURSELF, it is EMPOWERING to know exactly what to do!

In honor of Sexual Assault Awareness Month, Transformation Academy has partnered with martial artist and self-defense instructor Tasha Church to offer a practical training program that anyone can take, from the comfort of their own home, to learn de-escalation, boundary setting, and self-defense moves that are effective wearing everyday cloths in real-life situations.

We launched this course with Tasha earlier this month and will offer it again next week, for those who are interested in learn these EMPOWERING tools, which you can use for yourself and then pay it forward by TEACHING OTHERS how to prevent violence as an Empowerment Self-Defense COACH!

The POWER is in the PREPARATION! Learn what you need to know to feel empowered and stay safe.
