We are pleased to invite Elizabeth Franz, veteran meditator with Humanz Mediate will work with us on the Listening Lab. Listening is an essential skill we all practice for our lifetimes. The team at Humanz Mediate will guide us through experiments where we will both learn more about the skill of listening and about ourselves. Together we will take steps forward in our continuing practice of listening. Lunch is provided. |
