Our food/beverage/hospitality Mental Health Toolkit is available all year round, as are all of our free resources for mental health, wellness and recovery. We’re wrapping May up with a successful flourish and we are so excited for the summer programming up ahead for us!

Join us at FAB with Southern Smoke

Dinner with CHOW and Southern Smoke

Come join us for a night of delicious food and great company at Fleet Landing Restaurant & Bar! CHOWand Southern Smoke will be popping up at Fleet Landing Restaurant, a dining institution on Charleston’s historic waterfront. The nonprofits, together for FAB Workshop, both work to improve wellness across the food and beverage community, and they look forward to welcoming FAB attendees and other women in Charleston’s hospitality scene to raise a glass, slurp a few oysters, soak up a sunset and kick back with other ladies working in the F&B space. Wellness 101! 

Tickets are $30 and include a light family-style supper, a Tito’s specialty cocktail, wine and beer.

June Amuse’ Mental Health Course

June Amuse' Training With CHOW

Join us for our Amuse’ Mental Health Course! 

This course offers tangible evidenced based skills that everyone can use for themselves or to support a coworker/friend. 

After the course, attendees will be able to:

* Identify causes and conditions which support substance misuse and compromised mental health in the hospitality industry

* Identify vocationally specific supports of hospitality workers, even in rural communities

* Recognize multiple pathways to recovery from substance use and co-occurring disorders

These four hours of training are meant to shine light on some of the most pressing issues affecting workplace wellness.

Created for the hospitality industry BY industry peers, this course offers an overview of mental health, wellness and substance use recovery, complemented by resources, applicable skills, and thought provoking conversations. 

*Your 15$ placeholder fee will be returned upon course completion unless you choose to donate your placeholder to CHOW.
