ExPOS/Host

Kimberly Flear

Kimberly Flear

She/Her

My name is Kimberly, an industry veteran with over two decades working as a server, bartender, and sommelier across 24 restaurants in 3 countries. I know this industry from the inside—the doubles, the shift drinks, the silent struggles no one talks about. In September 2020, I chose recovery. Today, I facilitate peer support meetings with CHOW, holding space for the conversations we’ve needed for far too long. Through Last Call Coaching, I work with individuals and workplaces to build healthier, more sustainable cultures in hospitality. I believe in us helping us—because the people who understand this industry best are the ones who’ve lived it. CHOW gives voice to the silent screams in the walk-in cooler, the tears in the coat check, the ones lost in the weeds, and those we’ve lost along the way.

ExPOS/Host

Stefanie Sigillo

Stefanie Sigillo

She/Her

My name is Stefanie Sigillo, and I’ve spent much of my life in the service industry, starting as a child in my family’s business. While this experience taught me invaluable skills, it was also deeply challenging and emotionally taxing, leaving lasting impacts that shaped my perspective. Over time, I recognized the need to heal from these experiences and embarked on a journey of self-reflection and personal growth. As a result, I became an EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) practitioner and a Qigong instructor—practices that have profoundly supported my own healing.
Today, I’m dedicated to using my unique experiences to help others, driven by a deep desire to be of service and offer support to those facing similar challenges. With an in-depth understanding of both the rewards and struggles within the service industry, I am committed to fostering healing and creating positive change for myself and others.
