He/Him

I have been in the service industry for over three decades, working BOH and FOH, from local pizza joints to fine dining, supply, and systems. Joining CHOW over six years ago was a natural move for me, as I have lived the ebbs and flows of hospitality and experienced firsthand the ways this industry can impact mental and physical health, both positively and negatively. I have been in recovery for over seven years, and working with CHOW alongside my own recovery journey has opened many meaningful paths. I am deeply grateful to share my experience, strength, and hope with others. I reside part-time in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, and spend the rest of the year in Cabuya, Costa Rica, reaping the rewards of a beautiful life I feel incredibly lucky to live.

She/Her

My name is Stefanie Sigillo, and I’ve spent much of my life in the service industry, starting as a child in my family’s business. While this experience taught me invaluable skills, it was also deeply challenging and emotionally taxing, leaving lasting impacts that shaped my perspective. Over time, I recognized the need to heal from these experiences and embarked on a journey of self-reflection and personal growth. As a result, I became an EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) practitioner and a Qigong instructor—practices that have profoundly supported my own healing.
Today, I’m dedicated to using my unique experiences to help others, driven by a deep desire to be of service and offer support to those facing similar challenges. With an in-depth understanding of both the rewards and struggles within the service industry, I am committed to fostering healing and creating positive change for myself and others.
