Kristin Hazlett

Kristin Hazlett

She/They

My name is Kristin Hazlett and I have been in the service industry for 20 years working the back of house where I have spent most of my career cooking in a restaurant setting. In those 20 years, I have often found myself overwhelmed, close to burn out, suffering from SUD, and wishing there was a place to turn to for support. This is why I am fortunate to be a part of the CHOW community, where my lived experience of mental health and substance abuse recovery is of service in continuing to learn and heal alongside my fellow industry workers.

Tyler Jungreis

He/Him

My name is Tyler Jungreis, and I’ve spent much of my career in the hospitality industry, working in both restaurant leadership and service. Through my own lived experience with addiction, incarceration, and rebuilding life in recovery, I’ve learned how powerful support, connection, and community can be. I’m grateful to be part of CHOW and to give back to an industry that shaped so much of who I am. Outside of work, you can usually find me playing chess, fishing, snowboarding, or spending time outdoors with my dog.
