Billy Voges (he/him)
I’m here to give back to the people of an industry that has always welcomed me with open arms, while deepening my own understanding of how to support my own and others’ mental wellness. After discovering CHOW, I immediately felt at home. I have worked in every front-of-house position from busboy to management and have dealt with my own battles against depression and anxiety. I am currently studying Mental Health Counseling at Boston University with the goal of becoming a therapist.
Lila Simoncini (she/her)
I worked as a restaurant server and manager in New York City and Boulder, Colorado, for an accumulation of 10 years. I traveled the world with food as my guide. I have a background in mental health and joined CHOW because it is the perfect combination of mental wellness and service industry community. I have been a holistic wellness practitioner and instructor for the past 10 years and have used these practices to heal through trauma, challenges and loss and help others do the same.
