Joshua has over 35 years experience as a professional cook spending the bulk of his career in his hometown of Chicago. Five years ago, he moved to the Pacific Northwest to continue his culinary and life adventures and now calls Skagit Valley home. Joshua has worn many toques throughout his tenure in the kitchen from Saucier to Executive Chef and most recently, Chef Instructor at Skagit Valley College in Mount Vernon Wa. Duck fat runs through his veins, and feels that the best way to tell someone you love them is to cook a meal for them.
