JJ Egloff (he/him)

My name is JJ Egloff and I spent my entire 20’s and the first few years of my 30’s studying hospitality management and climbing the corporate hospitality ladder. I joined CHOW after my 10+ year management career because of what I found within the rungs of the organizational ladders I was climbing. Burnout, mental health concerns, physical health concerns, and struggling relationships were a few common findings. Instead of continuing a path that was leading me personally to life I did not want, I decided to dedicate my time to helping people find healthier paths within a tough industry where I believe passion and creativity can thrive.

    Test Kitchen Supervisor

    Kelsey Branch is 29 from Sea Girt, New Jersey and has been in the industry since she was 15. While at Johnson and Wales University, Charlotte, NC, she moved to Boston to complete an internship for PBS America’s Test Kitchen. After graduation, she joined the Apprenticeship Program at the Greenbrier, allowing her to compete in ACF competitions with her plating and ice carving skills. During her second year, she experienced a hip fracture that didn’t allow her to continue. This encouraged her to seek help to regain her physical strength while refining her culinary career and gain experience from other opportunities around the country. She currently works and resides in Los Angeles, and supervises a test kitchen downtown. Kelsey thrives on connecting with other like-minded culinarians, just like everyone at CHOW!
