Host
Billy Voges (he/him)
I’m here to give back to the people of an industry that has always welcomed me with open arms; while deepening my own understanding of how to support others’ mental wellness. I plan on pursuing a career in mental health counseling.
ExPOS
Lila Simoncini (She/Her)
I worked as a restaurant server and manager in New York City and Boulder, Colorado, for an accumulation of 10 years. I traveled the world with food as my guide. I have a background in mental health and joined CHOW because it is the perfect combination of mental wellness and service industry community. I have been a holistic wellness practitioner and instructor for the past 10 years and have used these practices to heal through trauma, challenges and loss and help others do the same.
