Sullivan Scrap Kitchen
“CHOW does such vital work in supporting the people who power our restaurant community. At the heart of DiningOut’s events is a celebration of that community, which makes working with CHOW as our nonprofit partner an incredibly natural fit. The organization’s care for hospitality workers is fully on display through their Green Room program at our festivals. Erin and her team worked seamlessly with ours to create a comfortable space where staff could pause, rest, hydrate, fuel up, and—perhaps most importantly—be thanked for their hard work.
It’s a simple thing, but one that’s too often overlooked in the mayhem of running a restaurant or staffing an event. At its core, it’s about humans taking care of humans. And in the end, that’s what makes restaurant work—or any work—truly sustainable. We couldn’t be prouder to support and partner with this incredible organization.” – Josh Dinar, Co-Founder, Dining Out
